It was Maths Week and time to celebrate our knowledge of Mathematics. On Tuesday 16th October, the whole school travelled by bus to Castletown House in Celbridge. We arrived in Celbridge town and walked down the long entrance road to the house. Once inside, we met Mary, our guide, and she gave us a 'Maths Trail' to complete whilst we toured the house. We had a list of 'mathematical' questions to answer on the house. It was fun to use our Maths skills other than in the classroom. From counting, to measuring and calculating, to finding shapes, it was super fun as we all worked in groups.
